How long does shipping take for high-fidelity equipment?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout to ensure your gear arrives quickly and safely.

What is your return policy on opened electronics?

We offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. A restocking fee may apply to items showing signs of use.

Do Oxbow Audio Lab products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our hardware is covered by a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase on select high-end components.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international audiophiles in Europe and Asia later this year.

Are your products compatible with vintage audio setups?

Most of our modern amplifiers and DACs include analog inputs (RCA) to ensure compatibility with vintage turntables and receivers. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page for details.
