At Oxbow Audio Lab, we stand behind our premium audio equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your sonic experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our lab inspects the gear, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
